Cancellation & Refund Policy
Seven-day trial. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly plan begins automatically.
Canceling
You may cancel at any time through the SellerWin account page and Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may create a prorated charge for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where Vision Universe Inc. determines that a billing error occurred. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
