Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of SellerWin, a service operated by Vision Universe Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
SellerWin provides workflow tools for live sellers, including sale-label printing and optional customer-support assistance. SellerWin does not replace marketplace-issued shipping labels and does not guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party marketplaces.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, equipment, marketplace access, printer configuration, the accuracy of information you provide, and reviewing generated labels or suggested support replies before use. You must use SellerWin lawfully and may not interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly after the stated 7-day free trial unless canceled. Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe processes payments and provides the customer billing portal.
Availability and changes
Features may change as supported marketplaces and their systems evolve. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties.
Warranty and liability
SellerWin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Vision Universe Inc. is not responsible for marketplace outages, shipping decisions, printer failures, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
